This is the Privacy Policy of ElectroSea, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for www.electrosea.com (the “Site”).

    • register an ElectroSea product with us, for warranty or other purposes;

  • respond to your inquiries, provide you notices, and otherwise communicate with you;
  • send you advertisements or promotional materials;
  • personalize your access to and use of the Site;
  • improve our products or develop new products;
  • perform analytical analysis of your use of the Site;
  • diagnose and resolve problems that you have with the Site. 
  • protect our property and operations;
  • enforce our rights;
  • establish or preserve legal claims or defenses;

If our assets are acquired in a business sale or similar transaction, the information that we have collected regarding your use of the Site, including information that personally identifies you, may be transferred to the acquirer and may be used by the acquirer in the same way that we are permitted to use it.

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track settings or signals.
